The hotel has a fantastic location near the Rathaus and good breakfast options. The room was comfortable, but the shower situation in the bedroom was a bit odd for privacy. Staff were generally friendly, though the luggage assistance could have been better.

The venue was nice, I appreciated the location near a Spar shop which is convenient, and city views. The superior room was extraordinary, I felt like at home. The bathroom was good and it had a shower, hairdryers and bathrobes for my convenience.

Wonderful unit with coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators. Lovely beds, amazing and satisfactory breakfast. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Austrian Parliament Building.

It's very modern, with a contemporary design. Very Clean & new looking. The Breakfast was very nice too, with a good selection of foods.
The Bed was very, very hard, so hard that it gave me back ache. Also, I asked a Receptionist about one of the Christmas Markets, and she told me to take the train to Spittelau, as there was the most traditional Xmas Market, there. After a journey, that involved changing trains, we arrived only to find that there was no Market & we should have in fact gone to Spittelberg, which is just a few streets away. We wasted an afternoon hunting for a Christmas Market that didn't exist, when we did go the next day, we found it was only open at night & we were leaving that afternoon. It would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in the Room & an Iron & Ironing Board.

Its location was very central, 4-6 minutes walking distance from Palais Damian. I greatly enjoyed the room with a balcony, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
